Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and CoinPlotXAI Inc., the company that operates PulseSoc. They cover the PulseSoc website, the installable web app, and the PulseSoc iPhone app. One account, one set of rules, whichever way you sign in.
Where these Terms say what PulseSoc does, they describe how the service actually works today. Where a feature does not exist yet, these Terms say so instead of reserving it.
1. What PulseSoc is
PulseSoc is a social platform with a marketplace built into it. You can follow people, post, comment, share reels and statuses, message and call other members, broadcast live, take part in groups, spaces and events, open a store, list products, and buy from other members.
PulseSoc is a social and commerce service. It is not a brokerage, exchange, bank, payment institution, escrow service, wallet provider, or investment adviser.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and your access to your account secure, for the accuracy of the contact details you give us, and for activity that happens under your account. Do not share your password.
When you create an account you confirm that you meet the age requirements that apply where you live. PulseSoc does not ask for your date of birth and does not verify your age. We rely on the confirmation you give us.
PulseSoc protects accounts with a hashed password and session controls. PulseSoc does not currently offer two-factor authentication, and you should not assume a second factor is protecting your account.
Please read this next part even though it is awkward. Parts of the product contain a two-factor toggle, and your security settings may show two-factor protection as "enabled". That setting does not currently add a second factor. No sign-in or sensitive action asks you for a code, and the recovery codes those screens issue are not currently checked against anything. Your password remains the only credential protecting your account whatever that toggle says. We are telling you this rather than letting the screen reassure you.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to attack or disrupt the service, probe or bypass its security, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer restricted systems, impersonate anyone, commit fraud, infringe anyone's rights, evade a block or a suspension, or use PulseSoc to break the law.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. To run the service we need permission to use it: you grant CoinPlotXAI Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, encode, adapt for display, distribute, and show your content on PulseSoc, for as long as you keep it on PulseSoc and for the time it takes to remove copies and backups afterwards. This licence exists so the product can function — it does not let us sell your content as our own.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including music, video, images, and product photography.
5. Objectionable content and moderation
PulseSoc has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, upload, stream, message, sell, promote, or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, threatening, fraudulent, impersonating, spam, malware, scam activity, or otherwise unsafe for the PulseSoc community.
PulseSoc provides content filtering, report controls, user blocking, and administrator moderation tools for posts, comments, media, profiles, messages, marketplace listings, statuses, live content, and community surfaces. You can flag objectionable content and block abusive users from PulseSoc content menus or support channels.
- Flagged objectionable content is sent to PulseSoc moderation for review.
- Blocking a user removes that user's content from your feed where supported and notifies PulseSoc moderation for review.
- PulseSoc acts on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing violating content when appropriate and restricting, suspending, or ejecting offending users when required.
- Private content remains subject to privacy rules, but privacy cannot be used to hide abuse, fraud, illegal content, or platform misuse.

6. Messages, calls and live video
Direct messages and group chats on PulseSoc are not end-to-end encrypted. Connections are encrypted in transit, but message content is stored on our servers in a form our systems can read, which is what allows features such as search, moderation, abuse investigation, and the translation described below to work at all. Do not use PulseSoc messaging for information that requires end-to-end encryption.
Voice and video calls run through our realtime provider. Live broadcasts may be recorded and stored so they can be replayed later; if you broadcast, assume a recording exists.
7. Marketplace: who you are buying from
When you buy on PulseSoc you are buying from the seller named on the listing. The seller is responsible for the item, its description, its condition, its legality, and for getting it to you.
PulseSoc operates the platform and the checkout. For card orders, CoinPlotXAI Inc. is the merchant of record for the initial charge and pays the seller afterwards. Being merchant of record for the charge does not make PulseSoc the owner, manufacturer, importer, or inspector of the goods.
PulseDrop curates and publishes listings into PulseSoc surfaces. PulseDrop is not the seller, does not own the inventory, and is not the merchant of record for any order.
8. Prices and fees
The price you pay is shown in the order summary before you confirm. When you check out, PulseSoc records a priced quote for the order, including the commission rate in effect at that moment, and that quote is what the order is settled against.
- Seller commission. PulseSoc currently charges sellers no commission — the rate in force today is 0%. A future rate takes effect only once it is approved and disclosed, and only for orders quoted after that point.
- Buyer service fee. There is currently no buyer service fee.
- Listing and subscription fees for sellers. There is currently no listing fee and no monthly seller fee.
- Shipping. Buyers are not currently charged a separate shipping amount at checkout. If that changes, the amount will appear in the order summary before you pay.
- Tax. PulseSoc does not currently calculate or collect sales tax at checkout, and your order record states that tax was not calculated. Do not treat a PulseSoc order summary as a tax determination.
9. Payment methods
Card payments are processed by Stripe. PulseSoc does not receive or store your full card number.
Paying by card requires two separate things to be true: card payments must be enabled on the platform, and the individual seller must have completed the onboarding our payment processor requires for their store. When either is not true, card payment is unavailable for that listing — so card availability is conditional, and neither "cards are unavailable" nor "cards always work" describes PulseSoc.
Some sellers offer cash on pickup, local pickup, or payment in person. Those payments happen directly between you and the seller. PulseSoc does not process, hold, escrow, or guarantee them, and PulseSoc charges no commission on them.
You can add items to a cart and complete a purchase as a guest, without creating an account. If you check out as a guest we still process the order details needed to fulfil the purchase.
10. Delivery
Delivery is arranged by the seller. A delivery address is accepted only in a country the platform accepts, and right now that is 64 countries: United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, Chile, China, Colombia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Egypt, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Croatia, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, India, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Kenya, South Korea, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Morocco, Malta, Mexico, Malaysia, Nigeria, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Singapore, Slovenia, Slovakia, Thailand, Türkiye, Taiwan, Ukraine, United States, Vietnam, South Africa. An address anywhere else cannot be used. That set can change, so checkout shows the list that applies when you order.
Being able to enter an address does not mean every item can reach it. Availability is checked for the specific item, the specific option you chose and your destination before any payment is taken. An item that cannot be delivered to your address is refused at checkout and you are not charged for it. PulseSoc does not promise worldwide shipping for any item.
Some items are supplied by a third-party dropshipping network rather than held by the seller. When you buy one, the seller places a matching order with that supplier using the seller's own account with them, and the supplier ships the item to you directly. To make that possible, the delivery details you entered — recipient name, delivery address, and where the carrier requires one a contact number — are passed to that supplier. The seller pays the supplier; PulseSoc does not pay them, does not hold the item, and does not ship it. An item fulfilled this way may be dispatched from outside your delivery country, in which case the customs paragraph below applies to it.
Where an order ships, our payment processor collects the delivery address needed to fulfil it. Prices and totals are shown in US dollars.
Where a delivery crosses a customs border, import duties, taxes, customs charges and carrier handling fees may be payable on arrival. Those are set by the destination country, are not included in the total you pay on PulseSoc, and are the recipient's responsibility. PulseSoc does not collect them and cannot tell you in advance what they will be.
11. Returns and refunds
The commerce refund policy at /refund-policy governs marketplace orders. Read it before you buy; it sets out what can be returned and how a refund is handled.

12. Selling on PulseSoc
If you sell on PulseSoc you are responsible for your listings being accurate and lawful, for having the right to sell the item, for fulfilling orders, for honouring the refund policy, and for your own tax and regulatory obligations.
PulseSoc does not independently verify a seller's identity, business registration, or the truth of a listing. Sellers who accept card payments complete identity and bank verification with Stripe, our payment processor; those checks belong to Stripe and are performed for payment purposes. Do not read the presence of a store on PulseSoc as PulseSoc vouching for the person behind it.
Seller payouts are made through our payment processor after the buyer's charge settles.
13. Advertising
PulseSoc shows advertising and promoted content, and some commerce content is placed by PulseSoc's own discovery and curation systems rather than by you following an account. PulseSoc does not use a date of birth to target advertising, because PulseSoc does not collect one.
14. Premium
PulseSoc Premium is optional and is managed through the PulseSoc account flow. The core platform is available to members without it. CoinPlotXAI Inc. does not treat a payment or a membership as active until the payment provider confirms it.
15. AI features
PulseSoc includes AI-assisted features such as assistants, summaries, recommendations, and translation. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Check anything you intend to rely on, and do not treat AI output as professional advice.
Translation is performed by a third-party provider when you ask for it. See the Privacy Policy for what that sends.
16. Market information features
PulseSoc still contains optional market-information features from the earlier CoinPlotXAI product. Where they appear, they are informational only. They are not financial, investment, trading, betting, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in PulseSoc is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
PulseSoc does not take custody of cryptocurrency, does not execute trades, and does not operate a wallet on your behalf. CoinPlotXAI Inc. will never ask you for a seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, or wallet password; where these features read blockchain data, they read public information for addresses you choose to enter. Treat any message asking you for a seed phrase as an attack, whoever appears to have sent it.
17. Third-party services
PulseSoc depends on third parties for hosting, payments, realtime audio and video, live video delivery, media storage, email and SMS, push notifications, translation, and AI infrastructure. They are listed in the Privacy Policy. Their data and availability are outside our control, and third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.
18. Intellectual property
PulseSoc, the website and apps, the software, the interface, the copy, and the visual design are owned by or licensed to CoinPlotXAI Inc. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them without permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own content.
19. Suspension and termination
CoinPlotXAI Inc. may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where someone breaks these Terms, abuses the service or other members, creates a security or fraud risk, or uses PulseSoc unlawfully. You can stop using PulseSoc at any time, and you can delete your own account on this website at Account → Delete Account — the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what that removes, what it keeps, and why deleting from the mobile app does not currently do the same thing.
20. Disclaimers
PulseSoc is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, CoinPlotXAI Inc. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and does not guarantee the conduct of other members, the quality or legality of anything sold on the marketplace, or the accuracy of third-party data.
No online service can be guaranteed secure, and nothing here promises that a breach cannot happen.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinPlotXAI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of PulseSoc.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
22. Changes to these Terms
CoinPlotXAI Inc. may update these Terms as the product changes. Each published version carries the date above, and your acceptance is recorded against the version you were actually shown. When a new version is published, the website asks you to accept it the next time you sign in.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. A final governing law and venue may be specified by CoinPlotXAI Inc. as business operations mature.
