These Terms of Service govern your use of PulseSoc, the website, PWA, optional Telegram companion, subscriptions, AI features, blockchain intelligence tools, Sports Edge features, and related services operated by CoinPlotXAI Inc.

Educational Intelligence Only

CoinPlotXAI Inc. provides educational AI intelligence only and does not provide financial, betting, investment, or legal advice. PulseSoc content is for informational and educational purposes only.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

PulseSoc may provide market context, risk analysis, wallet checks, scam warnings, sports context, portfolio scenarios, and AI explanations. CoinPlotXAI Inc. does not guarantee profits, trading outcomes, betting outcomes, investment results, wallet safety, market accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, accounts, wallets, trades, bets, subscriptions, taxes, legal compliance, and risk management. You should not risk money you cannot afford to lose. You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Account Responsibilities

If you create a PulseSoc account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, using accurate contact information, and promptly updating your account if your email, phone number, Telegram account, or subscription details change. Do not share your password or account access with others.

Wallet and Security Rules

CoinPlotXAI Inc. never asks for seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, or remote wallet access. You may only submit public wallet addresses or public transaction IDs when using wallet and transaction tools.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse PulseSoc, attack the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, submit illegal content, use the service to commit fraud, harass others, violate third-party rights, or attempt to bypass subscription/payment systems.

User-Generated Content and No-Tolerance Moderation

PulseSoc has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, upload, stream, message, sell, promote, or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, threatening, fraudulent, impersonating, spam, malware, scam activity, or otherwise unsafe for the PulseSoc community.

PulseSoc provides content filtering, report controls, user blocking, and administrator moderation tools for user-generated posts, comments, media, profiles, messages, marketplace listings, statuses, live content, and community surfaces. Users can flag objectionable content and block abusive users from PulseSoc content menus or support channels.

  • Flagged objectionable content is sent to PulseSoc moderation for review.
  • Blocking a user removes that user's content from your feed where supported and notifies PulseSoc moderation for review.
  • PulseSoc acts on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing violating content when appropriate and restricting, suspending, or ejecting offending users when required.
  • Private content remains subject to privacy rules, but privacy cannot be used to hide abuse, fraud, illegal content, or platform misuse.

Subscriptions and Payments

PulseSoc Premium is managed through the PulseSoc website account flow and is optional. The core ecosystem is free for authenticated users, while Premium adds prestige identity, creator enhancements, and elite profile effects. CoinPlotXAI Inc. will not claim a payment or subscription is active until the payment provider confirms it.

Refunds and Billing Support

For payment or subscription questions, contact support@pulsesoc.com. Include your account email, optional Telegram username, or payment reference when available. Refund eligibility may depend on payment method, service usage, fraud prevention, and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

PulseSoc, the website, bot flows, copy, visuals, software, interface elements, and original content are owned by or licensed to CoinPlotXAI Inc. You may not copy, resell, or misuse PulseSoc materials without permission.

Third-Party Services and Data

PulseSoc may use third-party providers for hosting, Telegram, payments, blockchain data, market data, sports data, analytics, email, and AI infrastructure. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinPlotXAI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, trading, betting, investment, wallet, data, or profit/loss damages arising from use of PulseSoc.

Termination

CoinPlotXAI Inc. may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, abuse payments, or use PulseSoc unlawfully.

Changes to Terms

CoinPlotXAI Inc. may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of PulseSoc after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. A final governing law and venue may be specified by CoinPlotXAI Inc. as business operations mature.
