How do I report or block someone?

Open the profile, post, message, or listing menu and choose Report or Block where available. If you cannot find the control, open a ticket above and include the public username, post link, or conversation context. Do not include private passwords or secrets.

Why are messages and alerts counted separately?

Messenger unread badges are chat-only. The Signal Center handles general notifications such as security alerts, comments, follows, Premium, and platform updates. This avoids clearing chat unread counts when you read general alerts.

What should I do if notifications do not arrive?

Open Notification Settings, confirm the device/browser permission is enabled, then send a support ticket with your device type, browser/app version, and whether you were locked, backgrounded, or inside the app.

Will PulseSoc support ask for wallet secrets?
